Common Questions
We want your stay at Ynyswen Cottages to be as seamless as possible. Here are answers to common questions about payments, cancellations, and your arrival.
How do I pay for my booking?
Payments can be made via bank transfer or through our secure online booking system through Salt & City. We may require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your dates.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before arrival will receive a full refund minus a small administration fee. For cancellations within 6 weeks, the deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-let the cottage.
When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM on your arrival day, and we kindly ask that guests check out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure to allow us to prepare for our next guests.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
A small security deposit may be required, which is fully refundable within 7 days of your departure, provided the cottage is left in good order.
